The Mancos Creative District will host a release party for the Mixed in Mancos 2025 album from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Aug. 22 at Mancos Brewing Co., 484 U.S. Highway 160 E. Frontage Road in Mancos.
Carute Roma will perform at the event. Vinyl records and CDs of the new album will be available for purchase, along with the 2024 Mixed in Mancos release featuring The Crags, Little Wilderness and Farmington Hill. Those who preordered the 2025 albums will be able to pick up their copies at the event.
The Mixed in Mancos 2025 album was recorded live March 8, 2025, at the Mancos Opera House. It features original music from The Lindells, Carute Roma and Tha ‘Yoties. The audio was mixed and mastered by Jeff Jones and Jody Chapel designed the graphic layout with artwork by the late Rosie Carter.
The album is also being distributed on vinyl, CD and streaming platforms through Shannon Rierson and Flak Records in Austin.
