Sept. 18

5:21 a.m.: An officer responded to the Montezuma County Detention Center at 730 E. Driscoll St., where a man turned himself in on a warrant.

1:32 p.m.: An officer at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., served a man in custody with a warrant.

1:56 p.m.: An officer at the Montezuma County Detention Center informed a man of his four warrants.

4:20 p.m.: An officer responded to Prairie Mesa Estates, 650 E. Second St., to remove a man who had previously been banned. He returned, claimed $1,000 of his money was missing and was cited for trespassing.

5:41 p.m.: An officer responded to Acoma Street to investigated a trespassing incident involving a man throwing rocks. The suspect was not on scene when the officer arrived.

8:37 p.m.: An officer at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., issued a summons to a man previously banned from the store.

9:36 p.m.: An officer responded to an animal abuse report at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., after a man allegedly threw his dog onto the floor. The man was issued a trespass notice and a citation for suspected cruelty to animals. The dog was impounded for its safety.

10:10 p.m.: An officer responded to Speedway, 2021 E. Main St., and arrested a man previously banned for disrupting patrons.

Sept. 19

4:31 a.m.: An officer responded to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., and served a man in custody with a warrant.

9:04 a.m.: An officer responded to Prairie Mesa Estates, 650 E. Second St., and arrested a man on suspicion of trespassing.

11:22 a.m.: An officer responded to East Main Street and arrested a man with a firearm. The man allegedly fired two shots during an altercation. He was arrested on suspicion of possession of weapons by a previous offender, felony menacing, crime of violation of a protection order, carrying a concealed firearm, prohibited use of weapons (intoxicated with a firearm and recklessly discharges firearm).

1:24 p.m.: An officer responded to Lakeside Drive and arrested a man previously banned on suspicion of trespassing.

1:47 p.m.: An officer responded to Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., and arrested a man on suspicion of trespassing and alcohol possession in a park.

3:07 p.m.: An officer at 6991 Road 24.3 arrested a woman on Road 24.3 on suspicion of DUI, driving without insurance, driving without a license plate and driving without a valid driver’s license.

7:04 p.m.: An officer responded to Denny Lake Park, 2825 E. Main St., and arrested a man on suspicion of felony menacing with a large knife.

7:28 p.m.: An officer responded to Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., and arrested a man on suspicion of harassment after he allegedly yelled at women in the park.

Sept. 20

5 p.m.: An officer responded to Oak Meadows Trailer Park, 405 W. Seventh St., and arrested a man on suspicion of first-degree assault after he allegedly stabbed another man in the neck during an altercation. 250

7:27 p.m.: An officer responded to East Montezuma Avenue and arrested a man on suspicion of violating a protection order.

Sept. 21

12:16 a.m.: An officer responded to Love’s Truck Stop, 309 N. Broadway, after receiving reports of a woman harassing and threatening another woman. A man was arrested on a warrant.

6:03 a.m.: An officer responded to Tire Max, 126 E. Main St., and arrested a man on suspicion of violating bond conditions.

9:20 a.m.: An officer responded to Doobie Sisters, 695 N. Broadway, and prepared a summons for a man who allegedly stole $10 and was previously banned.

Sept. 22

12:10 p.m.: An officer responded to Happy Valley Trailer Park, 203 E. Seventh St., and arrested a woman on a warrant.

12:35 p.m.: An officer responded to United Methodist Church, 515 N. Park St., and arrested a man on a warrant.

12:53 p.m.: An officer responded to an area near Kemper School, 620 E. Montezuma Ave., arrested a woman on a warrant. She was also banned from all city parks.

4:06 p.m.: An officer responded to First Southwest Bank, 1510 E. Main St., and arrested a man on a warrant.

5 p.m.: An officer at the Montezuma County Detention Center served a man with a La Plata County warrant. 250

7:28 a.m.: An officer responded to Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., and arrested a man for trespassing.

11:22 a.m.: An officer responded to an alley near Pinon Project, 210 E. Main St., and arrested a man on a warrant.

1:11 p.m.: An officer responded to East Montezuma Avenue and arrested a man a warrant.

1:51 p.m.: An officer at the Montezuma County Detention Center served a man with a warrant.

3:30 p.m.: An officer responded to Ocean Pearl, 300 E. Main St., and issued a citation to a man for trespassing.

5:15 p.m.: An officer responded to Mountain Chiropractic, 1933 E. Main St., and arrested a man on warrants and for trespassing.

Sept. 24

11:12 a.m.: An officer at the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., served a man with four warrants and transported him to jail.

5:41 p.m.: An officer responded to Tawi Kaan, 560 E. Empire St., and arrested a man on suspicion of violating a protection order.

8:21 p.m.: An officer responded to West Slope Liquors, 2212 E. Main St., and issued a citation to a man for suspected trespassing.

9:22 p.m.: An officer responded to Southwest Memorial Hospital, 1311 N. Mildred Road, and arrested a man on suspicion of trespassing and resisting arrest after entering a vehicle.
