Dear Editor:

I am traveling from Pennsylvania to the St. George, Utah area. I lost my cat “Kitty Kitty” on Sunday, Nov. 13, while staying at the Cozy Motel in Cortez. He is black and white with a blue collar. I went to The Journal office to place an ad offering a reward for return.

Not only was Tamara professional and polite, but when she told me that “lost” ads run a week for free, I was surprised, pleased and thankful.

I want to thank you for this policy.
