Growing Partners of Southwest Colorado seeks six leaders to participate in a community organizing fellowship, intended to connect and support projects and communities across the Archuleta, Dolores, Montezuma, La Plata, and San Juan (Colorado) counties, as well as the Southern Ute and Ute Mountain Ute tribes.

Fellows will network, share skills and implement solutions to the root causes of injustice and inequity. They will receive a $230 stipend each month, for an average of 16 hours/month of training and community organizing.

The deadline is midnight Tuesday, July 5. An optional informational meeting is 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29 at Surya Health & Wellness, 1032 Main Ave., Durango.
