Edward G. Lyen of Lewis, Colo., passed on to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 13, 2013. He was born March 7, 1952, to George and Ruth Lyen of Lewis. He is survived by his sisters, Mary Pearce and Martha Cutler; his brother, David Lyen; his daughter, Sierra Lyen; and by many friends who loved him. Eddie was born and raised and loved living in Montezuma County, the place he'd called home for 61 years.

Cremation has taken place and services will be held later this summer. Arrangements are being made through Ertel Funeral Home.
