Donations help students facing food insecurity

The Student Achievement Center at San Juan College will host an ongoing food drive at multiple locations on campus to assist students who are facing food insecurity. Donation will help stock the college’s student food pantry.

Donations may be dropped off at the Student Achievement Center, Tutoring Center, library and Clocktower building, as well as at San Juan College West campus, Health and Human Performance Center and the 30th Street Campus.

Items the pantry is most in need of includes macaroni and cheese, SpaghettiOs, cup of noodles, tuna and chicken salad, peanut butter crackers, cheese crackers, cookies, vienna sausages, spam, soups, peanut butter, jelly, sauces, dry beans and rice, canned meats, bottled water and hygiene items.
