Prompt service indicative of quality staff

While catching up on a back issue of the newspaper, I came across Ron Rieb’s letter to the editor thanking the Cortez Refuse Department for replacing his worn-out garbage can. He was impressed with the prompt service and in closing indicated that living across from the mayor’s house probably helped.

While I might like to flatter myself into believing that was the case, the truth is that we have a very professional group of city staff who understand and believe in the importance of good customer service.

Thanks, Ron for taking the time to compliment wonderful service, and my thanks included for the good things I see city staff doing everyday. Kudos to you all!
