The Cortez Knights of Columbus Council 4209 has announced two Knights Memorial Scholarships.

Nathaniel Baker is a 2016 graduate of Montezuma-Cortez High School. He plans to study business at Colorado State University-Pueblo in Pueblo. A check for $1,000 will be sent, and the funds will be made available to Baker for payment toward tuition and fees, books and supplies, meals and any other legitimate school-related expenses.

Grant Gasaway is a 2016 graduate of Montezuma-Cortez High School. He plans to study psychology at Western Colorado State University in Gunnison. A check for $500 will be sent, and the funds will be made available to Gasaway for payment toward tuition and fees, books and supplies, meals and any other legitimate school-related expenses.
