The Amazing Authors Tour 2015-2016 showcased published, engaging, amusing, fascinating, compelling, regional writers from America’s stunning Southwest who travel to libraries in Bayfield, Cortez and Telluride while celebrating the cultural diversity of it’s inhabitants, community and landscapes.

These programs are free and open to everyone.

A big thanks goes out to the many folks who made this first season of The Amazing Authors Tour a grand success. To everyone at the Cortez Public Library, the wonderful sponsors whose support made this all possible: the three participating libraries: The Friends of the Cortez Public Library; Four Corners Free Press; KSJD Dry Land Community Radio; KSUT Four Corners Public Radio; Seas’nings Catering; Joanie Howland; Maria’s Bookshop and Between the Covers Bookstore and volunteers Anne Benson and Don Kirk. Let’s not forget the audiences which were many in number, very enthusiastic and welcoming, thank you for coming. Last but not least were the Amazing Authors who lived up to their name, truly an Amazing group. Thank You.
