'Herstory' to perform at Cortez Library

The origins of storytelling are ancient and hidden in the mists of time. Together, Storytellers Midge Kirk and Terri Helm - HerStory - bring to life amazing women from the past who have been too long overlooked.

Come and meet two of these women, Nellie Cashman and Caroline Nichols Churchill, at the Cortez Public Library, 202 North Park St., Cortez, on Friday evening, June 21, at 7 p.m. This program is free and open to the public.

For more information, call the library at 565-8117.
