Mountain Daylight Time: Marijuana

A Colorado state initiative on the November ballot proposes a constitutional amendment to regulate marijuana like alcohol.



Should Amendment 64 become state law, marijuana use would be regulated as alcohol, available for sale to adults 21 or older in quantities no greater than one ounce.
